Bolton Deli

In 2011, I opened up a deli in the historic neighborhood of Bolton Hill, Baltimore. The location of the deli was previously a flower shop, which had been abandoned for some time and needed a complete renovation inside. What our team lacked in experience we made up for in dedication; Bolton Deli went onto be a cornerstone of my life as well as the community for over three years.
